Based in Bangkok, Sippapas Thienwiwat (b. 2006) is a Thai digital artist and composer whose work spans a wide spectrum of sonic practices, from multichannel audiovisual live coding to electroacoustic composition.
As a digital artist, Sippapas navigates audiovisual landscapes under the alter ego “SKYKYS,” blending music technology with electronic arts to explore sound in all its shapes and forms, while also incorporating visual arts and signal visualization techniques to craft immersive audiovisual narratives.
His works as a composer-performer investigates electronic sound production and the modification and transformation of its properties through electroacoustic composition, live performance, and sound installations.
